It's good to be a teacher at Christmas! Today was our class Christmas party and I made out very well. Lotions, smelly-good soaps, candles, ornaments, candy, notecards, holiday soap dispensers, votive candle holders, an Olive Garden gift card, and (not featured in this photo, but already in use on my desk at work) a deskpad.

Say hello to our new monitor. Our old one crapped out on us...we had the brightness turned all the way up on the monitor as well as in the video drivers, and we were still having to squint to make anything out. Hubby bought this monitor at Sam's today and WE CAN SEE!!!

I'm helping the kids make Christmas presents for their mommies this week - we're making snowman magnets. I painted and glued the popsicle sticks together and then the kids got to add googly eyes and craft foam noses and mouths. I'm happy with the products :)

Christmas came early

Our old microwave decided to try to explode on us, and all our cordless phones had been left off the base too long and died. So Merry Christmas to us! Fortunately, both purchases passed Celeste's scrutinizing inspection.
